Delete Your Account

You have the right to request deletion of your Stagire account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to us from the email address associated with your Stagire account. This allows us to verify your identity and locate the correct account for deletion.

What to include in your email

To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • Your Stagire username
  • Send from the email address registered to your account

The link above will pre-fill the email for you. Just add your username and send.

What happens next

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. Once complete, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account and login credentials
  • Your full name, email address, and phone number
  • Your profile photo
  • Your saved map region and push notification token
  • Your event applications and role history
  • Your capabilities and qualifications

Some data may be retained in anonymised or aggregated form where it cannot be linked back to you (for example, past event statistics). Ratings and reviews that other users have left about you may also be retained in anonymised form.
